MSA Traders ships across Pakistan and may offer international shipping on selected products.

Within Pakistan

  • Major Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 4–8 Business Days

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Order shipment confirmation
  • Tracking number (where available)

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  2. Provide your order number and relevant photos (if applicable).
  3. Our support team will investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect information:

  • The courier may attempt re-delivery.
  • Additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts or re-shipment.
