Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is significantly different from its description.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

To qualify for a return, proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
  • Customized, personalized, or special-order items
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
  3. Attach clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. Wait for return authorization before shipping the item back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Policy

We offer replacements or exchanges for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items shipped by MSA Traders

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order and are subject to product availability.


Return Shipping Costs

If the Return Is Due to Our Error:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • A full refund or replacement will be provided.

If the Return Is Due to Customer Preference:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos showing the issue.
  • We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
